I needed 3 hours of Ethics for my CSAC and I would recommend this training to anyone who needs Ethics. Not only was the material easy to navigate but it was useful material. Sometimes we think that we know all the basic material when it comes to Ethics, but taking this it was a reminder that I don't know everything and it was a Great refresher. So I highly recommend taking this course.
In order to complete my CSAC application, I was required to take a three hour, ethics course. The material was presented in a direct, concise, easy-to-follow manner. Excellent online course, and the assessment was directly in line with the material that was presented in the course. I would highly recommend this, and will be using his other courses in the future.

I don't see much of anything that can be improved about the training! It was easy to understand, and really got my wheels turning in terms of how I define ethics and what role values come into play when making personal and future professional decisions. As a Massage Therapist, I have taken many Ethics courses over the last 13 years. In preparing for a job in the Substance Abuse field, I was glad to find this course different than previous ones. Though basic, I found it went more in depth in defining terms that are used in exploring and discussing values and value based decision making. I also appreciated the use of very contemporary complex issues, films, and articles, in illustrating various values and how challenging it can be to make decisions based on sometimes conflicting values.

This training is excellent and breaks down the many aspects of the topic of Ethics as I find it hard to define Ethics as most people if they admitted it, would also say. Ethics is a difficult topic to understand and teach as the instructor was able to break it down better than anyone I have ever heard since being in this field for the past 21 years. Thank you for making this easy enough to grasp finally some meaning and understanding of such a diverse topic.
I found the training to provide a lot of insight regarding ethics and understanding ethics. I was able to clearly understand what ethics means and how to uphold ethical standards in the workplace. I was so amazed with learning not only about ethics but how different values also plays an important role in ethical standards of behavior. Truly enjoyed the training!!

The training offered as a self-study was effective and efficient considering I didn't have to leave my home which saved me time and money. ReplyDeleteThere is nothing I have found that I would change to improve this training. The instructions were very easy to follow to complete this study.
ReplyDeleteDan was quick to respond and send an initial email asking if I had found everything I needed. I found the powerpoint and all the materials were relative and a great use of video and education materials.
